When we think of breakfast, we imagine of the smell of warm, fresh rolls. We imagine the aroma of coffee and the taste of gloriously fruity jam.

Really good coffee

A special day often begins with a really good cup of coffee. That’s why we developed the sander Hotel coffee blend, and we’re sure you’ll love it. Our coffee is fair trade and certified organic.

Of course, we also have tea, fresh milk and cocoa for you at our breakfast buffet.

Our own locally made jam will add a touch of sweetness to your morning, either on our freshly baked bread or a golden crusty roll.

You can round off your breakfast with creamy yogurt and quality muesli. Combined with fresh fruit juice, it’ll energise you for the day.

To meet the needs of all our guests, we also provide lactose-free milk and yogurt, as well as gluten-free bread.

Organic and local

Commitment to the environment and the region is part of our ethos. That’s why we source our organic eggs, milk and cold meat from local providers – so you can enjoy your breakfast with a clear conscience.

Almost everything at the breakfast buffet – including our house-smoked salmon and fruit salad – is freshly prepared from scratch at our own “Frische-Manufaktur” kitchens in the nearby Hunsrück region.
